Jerry currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife, Allison and three kids, Hannah, Elijah and Noah. Jerry and his wife have been married for 23 years are and still going strong! Jerry and Allison have spent over 15 years working with, teaching and mentoring middle school, high school and college aged students. They also serve as leaders in their local church and are very active in organizing community outreach programs like School Back Pack drives, Thanksgiving Food Box drives and Angel Tree Christmas drives for needy families.
Professionally, Jerry is a dynamic and passionate International Speaker and Certified Trainer, Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Organizational Change Manager. Jerry has trained and consulted for clients all throughout the US, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, U.K., Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
Jerry has trained corporate executives and managers, adults and youth in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, adapting to change, and many other life skills topics. His powerful, thought provoking and motivational presentations have helped many to break out of the rut of normal day to day living and move towards living life with purpose and passion.
Jerry has worked with small, medium, and large companies, non-profit organizations, public and private schools. Some of his clients include UPS, Swiss Re, AAA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Vensure, Amgen, Deloitte, JDA, Fiserv, State of AZ, the State of CA, Chicanos Por La Causa, Arizona Hemophilia Association and various middle schools and high schools.
